In our case, no lengthy and costly marketing campaign. No board out the front. No open inspections and a procession of strangers through the place. Sold in just seven days. And at an excellent price. Simply amazing!
Such high expertise might be, in some, attended by a certain hauteur and or declension in interpersonal skills. So often the other side of midnight of great talent.
Not so with Marcus. His attentive, no fuss and always responsive customer service is an amalgam of a wise uncle who has your best interests at heart and a caring, smart big brother.
Only two things remain for Marcus, I would suggest.
Firstly, the book. A suggested title. ‘How to be a simply brilliant real estate agent. By a modest practitioner in the field.’
Secondly, should Marcus have himself cloned? As a service to his industry and the wider community.
