The total donations to the NBCF to date now exceed $2,087,244.48. We are immensely proud to be one of only 4 companies qualifying for the title of Diamond Partner along with companies such as Qantas Link, David Jones and Pandora.
St Kilda Lifesaving Club
Our association along with Westpac provides invaluable support for this Icon of St Kilda. St Kilda Lifesaving club is situated on the St Kilda Beach Front.
St Kilda Lifesaving Club was established in 1914. Thereafter, has been proud member of the Royal Life Saving Society of Australia (now Lifesaving Victoria – an encompassing body that provides life saving services to all Victorian waterways).
Members actively patrol and assist in training of lifesavers all over Victoria, participate in assisting water safety for local events, have representatives and competitors at lifesaving competitions all over the country, provide a venue for other local businesses and services.

Alliance Francaise
Still on a local level (but an international organisation) Whiting and Company began their relationship with Alliance Francaise after Whiting and Company Sold Alliance their wonderful new Mansion Premises in St Kilda. Whiting and Company have continued to support the organisation particularly in the promotion of the French film Festival, which has grown into a huge Melbourne Calender Event.
The Alliance Française de Melbourne encourages and promotes active, open connections between people in Victoria and French language and culture. It provides the means by which people can learn the French language and become engaged in the many different aspects of French culture including art, books, poetry, film, history, gastronomy, contemporary affairs, thoughts and ideas. It provides the opportunity for friends of French language and culture to come together in an apolitical, non-religious and welcoming environment.
